I recently had a wonderful stay at Tenishouse in a nice location. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived late and they even prepared an extra dinner just for us. the customer service was personalized and responsive, making our experience truly special. the room was clean and cozy, with a firm bed that I personally liked. the breakfast was delicious, specially made for me. the value for money was excellent and we left with very positive feelings about our stay. Cons: Liked everything about Tenishouse! 😊.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby. the breakfast selection was excellent and offered a good start to my day. the location of the hotel was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area, as it was close to shopping and parking options.

The room itself lacked proper hygiene and attention to cleanliness, and the staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English. These factors were disappointing and detracted from my overall experience at the hotel.
